Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your DocsToSheets account and all of its data yourself, at any time, from the web dashboard. No support request is required.
Delete your account from the dashboard
Section titled “Delete your account from the dashboard”- Sign in to your DocsToSheets Dashboard with the email/password or Google account you normally use.
- Open Account & workspace from the bottom of the left sidebar (direct link: app.docstosheets.com/settings/account).
- Scroll to the Delete Account section.
- Click Delete Account, then confirm with Yes, Delete My Account.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out as soon as it completes.
What gets deleted
Section titled “What gets deleted”When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

What is not affected
Section titled “What is not affected”- Sheets and workbooks in your own accounts. Data DocsToSheets previously exported into your Google Sheets or Excel/OneDrive files lives in your own Google or Microsoft account. We disconnect from it, but we cannot and do not delete files you own there. Remove those yourself if you no longer want them.
- Your subscription is not automatically canceled. Deleting your DocsToSheets account does not cancel an active Pro subscription. If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, you must cancel the subscription in that store’s subscription settings. Cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
If you can’t sign in
Section titled “If you can’t sign in”Account deletion requires signing in so we can verify you own the account.
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to reset it, then follow the steps above.
- Signed up with Google? Sign in with the same Google account, then follow the steps above.
- Still can’t access your account? Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and we will process the deletion for you.
